Program Highlights
Financial Customer Relations Certificate
Our flagship 8-month program combines financial services knowledge with advanced customer relationship skills. You'll graduate understanding everything from basic banking to complex investment products, plus how to explain them clearly to clients. The program includes 40 hours of supervised client interaction practice and mentorship from experienced financial advisors.
Flexible Evening Classes
Most of our students work full-time. Classes run Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30-9:00 PM, with weekend workshops once monthly.

We maintain partnerships with local banks, credit unions, and financial planning firms who regularly attend our career events.
